• Drive revenue performance and guest satisfaction through effective operational strategies
• Lead, train, and inspire the team to deliver refined, personalized service
• Maintain a premium dining experience in line with international luxury standards
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong organizational and management skills
Detail- oriented with a strong service mindset
Experience in large- scale operations
Experience in Phu Quoc is an advantage
Preferably with international and luxury hospitality background
Experience managing restaurants in 4–5 stars hotels/resorts
Good English communication skills
