MEP Engineer

Customer care and excellent service at all times
Promotes HC culture, values and mission.
Support supervisor in recruiting pre- qualified freelance, consultants and GC Recruits as per store rollout needs
Properly schedules tasks and MEP design dev’t timelines to serve contractors and cross functional teams.
Support supervisor in planning and managing outsource deliverables, follows up.
Drives MEP quality standards by properly implementing consistent project supervision, T&C programs and training subordinates, consultants/outsource and GC MEP supervisor
Achieve target workload assigned by supervisor
Monitors store warranty & maintenance of store MEP and equipment to raise any further adjustment/improvement on the current MEP standards, guidelines and processes
Reviews performance of consultants & GC on timely basis
Work with project manager regarding costing, support in cost evaluation of GC/vendor quotation and labor as well as quality for all MEP materials/equipment specification used products served and sold in store.
Deliver required MEP drawings on time to meet target project timeline
Ensures customer (HC- BU) satisfaction in each project
Develop quality MEP design and detailed drawings required for construction of Highlands stores nationwide according to HC MEP guidelines and standards

Good communication and presentation skills
HVAC System
Excellent technical knowledge of MEP systems materials & methods
1- 2 years experience as MEP designer focusing on F&B projects
Bachelor Degree in M&E engineering from a nationally recognized University, English language a plus
Organizational skills, independent and good time management
Good command of English
Excellent command of AutoCAD, other MEP software a plus
