MEP Quantity Take-Off / Surveyor (QTO - Fluent AutoCAD And MS Excel - Good English) ~ 20 - 35 Mill VND [27006 - Ba Dinh , Hanoi]

Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the construction process to ensure the project stays within the permitted budget.
Market Survey/Price Analysis: Surveying market prices for various materials and equipment to ensure competitiveness and cost optimization.
Payment and Final Settlement: Checking contractor&039;s quantity submissions for the purpose of progress payments and final project handover/settlement.
Quantity Take- off (QTO): Estimating the required quantities of materials, equipment, and labor for MEP items based on the design drawings.
Variation/Change Order Management: Checking, confirming, and updating quantities of variation items into the cost estimate documents.
Cost Estimation: Preparing and managing initial cost estimates for mechanical and electrical items.
Tender Support: Providing quantity and unit rate information to the tendering department to prepare bidding documents.
Working time: 8 am- 5 pm Mon- Fri

Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree in Quantity Surveying (QS), Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Quantity Take- Off (QTO) and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP systems; experience working with an M&E Contractor or Main Contractor is preferred.
Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory.
QTO & Technical Skills:
Capable of developing BOQ by individual system and by building.
Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems, Fire Fighting systems, and related industry regulations/codes.
Ability to prepare detailed quantity take- offs for the following systems: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), Electrical, Plumbing/Drainage, Fire Fighting, and ELV (Extra- Low Voltage).
Age: 30- 37
Language: Good English proficiency (for reading and understanding technical documents and specialized terminology) and basic communication skills.
Attributes: High level of accuracy/detail- orientation, responsibility for meeting deadlines, and strong coordination skills with Design, Estimating, and Procurement teams.
