Merchandiser

Contact with import/ export department when send out the sample and receive fabric/ trim on time so that the sample can catch the schedule as buyer&039;s request.
Control pattern/ cutting/ sewing/ QC and solve the problem when the sample has issue.
Worked directly with buyer about fabric, trim, pattern and construction sample.
Follow up sample from first stage to production sample.
Responsible for merchandising activities, assisting with purchase order execution, following up with buyers and suppliers, monitoring and attending to shipment requirement.
Contact with supplier for washing/ dying/ hot pix/ printing/ embroidery and contact outside when the sewing room fully capable.
Properly dealing with problems relevant production.
Arrange payment through ERP.

Good command of oral and written English is a priority.
High initiative and innovation.
Required skills: English.
Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
From 1 to 2 years experiences in Textile, working as a Garment buyer, vendor.
Good office computer and internet skills.
