Monitor and update the production timeline from initial sampling to final shipment.
Proactively handle any issues that may arise during producti
Prepare color charts and material submissions for customer approval before bulk production.
Coordinate sample development (proto, SMS, PPS) and provide necessary materials/accessories to the sample room.
Check sample quality before sending to customers and follow up on approvals.
Create packing lists and ensure all packing and labeling requirements are followed accurately.
Order raw materials and accessories (if required) and ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on production progress, packing status, and coordinate closely with QA to meet customer standards.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (sampling, production, QA, purchasing, warehouse).
Receive and review order details from customers, including tech packs, POs, BOMs, and quality requirements.

Good English communication skills – able to read technical documents, write emails, and communicate clearly with international clients.
Strong organizational and problem- solving skills with attention to detail.
College or University degree in Garment/Textile, Industrial Management, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Merchandiser role, preferably in backpack, bag, or technical sewing production.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform well under pressure.
