Merchandiser - Cortex Garment Factory

Follow up on sample development, collect garment and trim samples, send them to buyers, and update vendor feedback.
Prepare weekly order status and shipment reports for the Merchandising Manager.
Communicate with buyers, factories, and fabric mills to handle new inquiries and order updates.
Source materials and trims, negotiate prices, and select suitable vendors.
Work with vendors to explain new development requirements and plan for the upcoming season’s samples and production.
Monitor production schedules to ensure on- time delivery.
Handle quality issues during sampling and production, and coordinate inspection schedules with QA teams.
