Roles & responsibilities:
Supplier Coordination & Documentation
- Collect and verify required documents from suppliers and upload to the audit system for compliance review.
- Coordinate with suppliers, SMD, QC, and internal teams for audit schedules and document clarifications.
New Product Development Support
- Coordinate with suppliers, Merchandisers, SMD, QC, Packaging Design, and relevant departments to track and ensure timely progress of new item development.
- Follow up on product samples, specification approval, packaging design, and other launch- related steps.
- Occasionally assist in supplier site visits (e.g., factories,.) when assigned, to support evaluation of production capability and product quality
System & Data Management
- Create product codes (SKUs), raise purchase orders (POs), and update pricing (including promotional prices) accurately in the system.
- Ensure all product data and system inputs are updated and aligned with internal standards.
Reporting & Analysis
- Collect and compile sales performance reports and other relevant data from internal systems to support category performance tracking and analysis.
Administrative and General Support
- Handle daily administrative duties related to the category.
- Assist Merchandisers/ Manager with tasks and special projects as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Being careful, detail- oriented
Good coordination, communication, and follow- up skills
Responsibility, integrity, and compliance
Interested in Delica & Bakery Merchandising field
Junior or senior students are studying related majors
Polite, tactful, and friendly demeanor/attitude.
