Merchandising Manager

Communicate with internal teams, Overseas Offices and Customers
Controlling time management: Know how to set realistic deadlines and how to communicate them consistently to upper management
To plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project you are working on
Analyzing and managing project risk: Proactively assess PO risks and issues, establish mitigation plan/ resolution plan and timely communicate to relevant stakeholders
Monitoring progress: Monitor and analyze efficiently to take corrective measures
Perform other related duties as required under the direction of General Director
Analyzes customer requirements to determine the time frame, procedures and allotment of available resources to various phases
Supervises merchandisers, delegate works and provide coaching to them on daily works
Establishes work plans for each phase of assigned PO and coordinates all PO activities
Abilities to solve customer problems
Handling full merchandising works such as sample development, price negotiation and order follow up, welcome customers, ensuring on time order delivery.

Ensuring customer satisfaction: Maintain effective communication and keep the company’s clients up to date
To work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support

Be fluent & proficient in English
Excellent interpersonal skill and negotiation skills as well as capability to interact effectively with all levels
Able to handle multi- tasks and possess a high level of initiative and integrity

Proven experience to be able to work with overseas buyers independently
Strong planning, organizing, communication and negotiation skill
