MERCHANDISING STAFF – Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities:
Support product development, supplier coordination, and store merchandising activities to help increase sales and ensure smooth product operations.
• Visit factories regularly for on- site checks, quality improvement, and delivery schedule follow- up.
• Work with suppliers and stores on ordering, delivery tracking, and handling domestic and import/export products.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, production, and delivery go smoothly.
• Support the product development process (samples, quality checks, coordination with factories).
• Conduct basic market checks and competitor comparisons to support product ideas.
• Propose new products to stores to help grow sales and meet sales targets.
