Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Food Delivery Platform)

About the role:

Manage and grow a portfolio of F&B merchants, focusing on building long- term partnerships and driving revenue
You will lead elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy.
Lead business development initiatives including partnerships, account management, and execution strategies.
Oversee the end- to- end process of merchant acquisition and onboarding

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

Collaborate with merchants on promotional programs, pricing schemes, and new features to drive growth
Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and business initiatives
Identify, approach, and acquire new F&B merchants onto the platform
Analyze performance data and propose solutions to improve sales and efficiency
Build strong relationships and handle merchant inquiries effectively
Manage and grow a portfolio of merchants to drive revenue and performance
Support merchants through onboarding and ensure smooth daily operations
Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals with restaurant partners

Must have:

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in managing partners and/or customers.
Proven ability to engage, communicate, and build relationships with prospects, offering tailored solutions to diverse business needs.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a related role (e.g. Sales, Business Development, Account Management).
Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to understand and integrate business, strategy, financial, and legal concepts in managing complex deals.
