Metrology Technician (Dầu Giây - Đồng Nai)

Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Create the FAI measurement plan following the report template and drawing requirements.
And take charge for troubleshooting for measuring equipment in Metrology Lab.
Perform testing and measurement for FAI and investigate samples.
Support the calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
This technician will perform testing, measuring geometrical dimension for FAI sample, investigate sample, equipment monitoring and control
Control and monitor all measuring equipment in the Metrology Lab.
Proficient in using various office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
Prepare samples for hardness testing.

Education: Mechanical college degree, or related technical college degree
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment, with a focus on measurement equipment, interpreting product drawings, and quality control. Hands- on experience with a variety of measurement tools is highly preferred, including but not limited to: CMM, VMM, Gauges, calipers, micrometers, Hardness testers (HRC, HV)
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of GD&T- Basic English communication, reading, and writing.
Skills:
- Basic in statistical techniques including inspection techniques (7 QC tool, SPC).
- Able to use some basic office software such as excel, outlook, for recording and reporting
- Good attitude, agile, willing to learn, and early warning to prevent problem.
- Teamwork, pro- active, and good mindset in safety.
- Proficient in operating and programming CMM and VMM
