What You’ll Do

Report directly to Deputy BU Head
Work with clients and domain experts to gather and clarify requirements
Collaborate closely with Agile teams to deliver high- quality software
Write clear user stories, workflows, mockups, business rules, and acceptance criteria

Yêu cầu công việc

Must- have

Familiar with Agile methodology
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong in requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Proactive, detail- oriented, and business- minded

Nice to have

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma
BA/PO/PM qualification.
Good English skills
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PSPO, etc.)
Background in B2B systems or financial/insurance domain
