In this role, you will:
• Manage candidate experience end- to- end, ensuring clear communication, personalized interactions, and continuous improvement based on feedback and insights.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively to streamline workflow, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Shape and drive employer branding in partnership with Marketing, HR, and business leaders to position Gradion as a top- choice workplace across all relevant platforms.
• Leverage all available sourcing channels efficiently and prioritize tasks based on business needs, deadlines, and urgency to ensure effective execution of recruitment plans.
• Design and execute data- driven and innovative sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, events, referrals, outbound outreach) to attract top- tier talent aligned with hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate and long- term hiring needs across departments.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, provide market insights, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure timely and effective hiring delivery.
• Lead end- to- end recruitment for both IT and non- IT roles across APAC.
