Mid/Senior Java Developers (IAM/One Identity – Insurance Domain)

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise- level Java applications with a focus on IAM/One Identity solutions.- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.- Integrate authentication, authorization, and identity management frameworks into client systems.- Ensure system security, compliance, and performance optimization.- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support for team members when needed

- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with the Insurance domain or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
- 3+ years of hands- on Java development experience (Mid- level) or 5+ years (Senior level).
- Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) is a plus.
- Proven experience with IAM platforms (especially One Identity) in enterprise environments.
- Ability to work hybrid/onsite in Hanoi and onboard immediately
