Middle Tester

We are looking for a Middle Tester with at least 3 years of experience to join our project. The ideal candidate will work closely with the development and product team to ensure product quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibility:

Contribute to quality assurance process improvements
Log and track defects; collaborate closely with developers and other stakeholders to resolve issues
Analyze project requirements and create/maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports
Perform various types of testing: functional, integration, regression, and UAT
Execute manual testing for web, mobile, and API (depending on project)

Requirements:

Experience working in Scrum teams
At least 3 years of experience in software testing
Own a personal laptop for work
Can onboard immediately
Proficient in writing test cases, test plans, and detailed bug reports
Good English communication skills and strong teamwork
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Redmine)
