Middle UI/UX Designer

· Occasionally assist in crafting multimedia assets, including promotional videos or 3D visual content, when required for product or brand initiatives.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
· Design UI/UX for Websites and Mobile Applications, ensuring visual appeal, usability, and brand alignment.
· Contribute design expertise to digital transformation, data- driven initiatives, and AI- powered product features.
· Translate requirements, user feedback, AI insights, and analytics into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and user- centered design solutions.
· Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high- fidelity mock- ups to visualize and validate design concepts.
· Collaborate with AI Teams, Developers, and Product Managers throughout the design and development process to ensure seamless implementation.
· Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for design consistency across products.
· Stay updated with evolving UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
· Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG) and responsive design best practices.

Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Information Technology, or related fields.
· Exposure to multimedia content creation (e.g., video editing, 3D modeling, or animation) is advantageous.
· Experience contributing to data- centric platforms, AI- focused projects, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong plus.
· Previous experience collaborating with cross- functional teams (AI, Development, Product) in agile development environments.
· 2- 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for Websites and Mobile Applications (portfolio required).
Skills & Competencies:
· Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization software will be considered an added advantage.
· Skilled in crafting wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups.
· Ability to translate business objectives, AI insights, and user analytics into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
· Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Adobe XD is a plus.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating design rationale to both technical and non- technical audiences.
· Strong understanding of UX principles, user- centered design methodologies, and responsive design frameworks.
· Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail, a proactive problem- solving approach, and ownership of deliverables.
· Hands- on experience in building and maintaining Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Style Guides.
· Knowledge of accessibility standards WCAG and responsive design best practices.
