Deep Understanding on Workday including: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, Talent Management & Learning, C&B, Time Management.
Workday Development Lead- Lead enhancement & Change delivery:
Manages Workday enhancement backlog (Grow/Transform).
Reviews configuration proposals for impact & compliance.
Coordinates UAT, release cycles, and deployment approvals.
Solution Architect for the platform.
Oversees Workday Dev team (functional + integration + analytics).
Ensures alignment with architectural standards.
Functional Configurator- Build and enhance Workday configurations
Improves user flows for Onboarding, Job Change, Absence, C&B
Designs & configures new business processes, rules, and validations
Performs functional analysis for new requirements
Works with Ops Lead to ensure landing of approved changes
Builds testing scripts and executes functional tests
Reporting & Analytics Specialist- Develops Workday reports & analytics
Supports HR with operational and strategic analytics
Works with the SAP Engineer to ensure data consistency across BW and Workday.
Builds custom Workday reports, dashboards, KPIs
Automates recurring reporting & insights delivery
Ensures data completeness, accuracy, and quality
Project Scope:
Receive and analyze the requirement, investigate and propose solutions, configure system
Main working hours: Mon- Fri 08:00- 17:00 CET
EN speaking is a ‘must’
Receive the ticket via ticket management system, response and resolve the ticket within pre- defined SLA.
Preferred: Experience working with Service Now
Receiving transfer from customers, pro- active document current processes.
Own and guide the process of effectively translating complex business, system, or non- functional requirements into clear, concise, traceable functional requirements and document them in a comprehensive repository within the business requirements document/functional specification document
Conduct Testing, training to users.
24x7 monitoring, ticket triage, initial response, job scheduler

Qualifications for Workday Consultant
Experience providing technology solutions to global HR organizations
Have Workday Certification
Five or more years of progressive experience in the Workday configuration field or an acceptable equivalent combination of education, related training, and experience
Soft Skills
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Self- motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willingness to mentor junior developers and share best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
