[MLC ITL] HR & Administration Intern – Hanoi

Job Description
Administrative Support:
• Assist in managing office supplies, equipment, and welcoming visitors to the office.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate and support internal activities and company events.
• Review and reconcile invoices and expenses; prepare payment requests for vendors.
HR Support:
• Assist with attendance tracking, employee benefits administration, and onboarding procedures for new hires.
• Participate in the recruitment process: post job openings, screen CVs, and arrange interview schedules.
• Assist with internal training activities (if any).
• Support personnel file management and update employee database.
• Support employee offboarding procedures.
Other Duties:
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Hr Sup
Job Requirements
• MOS certification (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Final- year students available to work full- time; majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Hardworking, proactive, eager to learn, and willing to develop professionally.
• Interested in administrative work, documentation, and working with people.
• Careful, honest, detail- oriented, and highly responsible.
