[MLC ITL Logistics] KEY ACCOUNT INTERN | HA NOI

RESPONSIBILITY
• Sending SOP and preparing QR of shipment to KA manager & CS staff or Ops document staff to follow.
• Checking cost from carrier/co- loader/Ops/ agent and issue quotation to KA manager
• Receive information of new shipment or request from customers/oversea agent
• Contact agent or carrier to solve the related issues (Dem/Det/space…or any complaint from customers)
• Prepare economics contract and Annex, quotation and other related documents
• Follow up shipments process with CS/Ops and support CS/Ops to update/explain the shipment situation to customer/agent on time.
• To have good correspondences to all kinds of business inquiries from MLC group companies including but not limited to:
+ Inquiries for Warehousing, Trucking and other Logistics services
+ Inquiries for VN Customs regulations, Circulars, Decrees, etc.
+ Inquiries for Import/Export customs prices
+ Inquiries for Machinery installation services
+ Inquiries for Ocean/Air freights
• Proactively establish and maintain effective team working relationships with all supporting departments.
• To be a contract window person for MLC’s nominating customers and to ensure they are satisfied with our services
• To visit customer’s factory site or pickup/delivery place whenever needed to ensure our services are time.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Go to business trip as required
• Good & sufficient knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics field
• Good & sufficient communication skill in English.
• Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned.
