Role:
Build volume and revenue in Modern Trade by selling in Sales Development objectives and Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage and ensure all assigned accounts comply with SPVB performance standards and commitments
Accountabilities
Grow volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts
Develop and keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard (ASAP)
Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired
Call on all wiring assignments as planned
Develop, sell, and execute CDAs with identified customers.
Monitor MT Budget.
Develop account specific standards for merchandising range, promotions, pricing and equipment
Execute plans with assigned customers
Get customer feedback- direct phone- MT.
Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary
Call on each customer per customer wiring plan
Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy with field locations
Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis
Communicate standards and customer commitment to the field
Identify & Win New Business
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets
Co- ordinate and acquire new business
Work with field locations to exploit new business opportunities
Align the system to call on new accounts & outlets
Yêu cầu công việc
Fluent English for communication and writing
High ownership
Experience of account management and Promotion planning
College/ University graduation in any disciplines
Communication, Presentation skill.
Competent MS Office
