MPS Planner (Production Planing)

Deliver best possible customer service for the assigned product category by prompt provision of promise date, schedule improvement, expedite options with costs/ trade- off; and other scenarios analysis/ solution proposal as business requires
•Follow up with PC on production plan to meet OTD, follow up shipment with shipping team
•Collaborate with OPD/MPM team for demand receipt and commitment based on 4M analysis
•Review, convey and publish Master Schedule plan medium – long term (up to 6 to 12 months)

•Ramp up plan or simulation plan to special request
•Convey and negotiate Master Production Schedule along with contract manufacturers to ensure schedule achievability
•Reporting: All demand, Master scheduling, Category Master, Inventory projection….
•Make- part aging follow up•New model list preparing 1st MP/PR demand with Project team
•Convey or publish Production Plan to entire constituents
•Capacity sizing, 4M analysis
•Outstanding review & update
•Daily communicate to OPD & other departments to address ad hoc
•Demand receipt & analysis to confirm back OPD/Customer
•RTS/MKT/OQC sample
•Spare part/ buy part (STN)
•Daily Promise Date update & follow up with OPD/ SHP team to ensure OTD
•E&O follow up FG and related materials

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), Chinese is a plus
Good competency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook; and ERP is a plus
High adaptability to change, result oriented, self- motivated, committed, and independent
University/College degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro- active, calm under pressure
Good time management
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in planning related role
Experience in supply chain management, knowledge in shipping and logisticsStrong experience and sense in capacity planning
