N2/N1 JLPT Business Analyst - Entry Level/Re-Skill

Role: Fluent Japanese Business Analyst (BA)- Entry Level

Work Mode: On- site / Support Remote (Monday–Friday)
Location: Vietnam (HCMC) / Japan / Remote
Training Provided: SAP Product & Process Training

As a Business Analyst, you will support cross- functional SAP implementation and solution development projects by assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, coordination, and cross- language communication. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands- on experience in SAP consulting, business analysis, and project coordination in a professional and international environment.

Responsibilities

Support documentation of business processes, user stories, and test cases in both English and Japanese.
Contribute to QA testing, feedback collection, and product improvement tasks.
Support communication and documentation across multiple teams.
Prepare internal reports, project trackers, and workflow visuals.
Coordinate and support ongoing SAP and internal projects across departments.
Assist in preparing Pre- sales presentation slides for customer meetings and proposals.
Act as a liaison between Vietnamese teams and Japanese- speaking stakeholders.
Work closely with SAP consultants and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Demonstrate proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a high- intensity environment

Qualifications

Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2+ or N1 level is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
Good presentation and communication skills (e.g., preparing slides, explaining ideas clearly).
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
English proficiency in both verbal and written communication (required).
Eagerness to learn about SAP S/4HANA, logistics, and supply chain business processes.
Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving skills.
