New Product Development Engineer

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for New Product Development Engineer ($1200, ID 19627):

Lead and coordinate NPI activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and smoothly transferred into mass production.
Manage prototype development, organize testing activities, analyze results, and propose design or process improvements based on technical findings.
Work closely with cross- functional teams such as Design, Production, and Quality to develop new printing products and manufacturing processes, ensuring feasibility and customer requirements are met.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Utilize in- depth technical knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and equipment to improve product performance and process stability.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including PFMEA, process control plans, work instructions, and problem- solving reports (8D).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related disciplines).
Male/Female, 30–40 years old
Strong English skills
At least 3 years of experience in a Process Engineer or NPI Engineer role within manufacturing environments such as printing (paper labels/plastics) or consumer electronics factories
Proficient in CAD software.
