Job Purpose
Implement credit risk management functions in researching, proposing, and building credit risk assessment tools, models, and credit rating systems for Wholesale and MM/USME segments (including projects and BAU operations to build models and credit solutions).
Manage system administration functions for the appraisal, approval, loan control, and credit risk management processes for WB and MM/USME customers.
Develop the credit orientation, policies, and credit risk management framework for specific sectors, industry groups, and sub- segments. Promote a risk management culture in credit access, granting, and post- monitoring for Wholesale Banking and MM/USME customers.
Ensure the implementation of risk management functions in the customer insight process and build suitable credit solutions for sectors, industries, and sub- segments within Wholesale Banking and MM/USME.
Implement the risk management role in assessing, advising on credit structures, and proposing appropriate risk mitigation measures for WB and MM/USME customers within Deal Teams and CSTs.
Ensure successful digitalization and transformation of credit risk management for WB and MM/USME customers.
Ensure the timely identification and comprehensive credit risk management for the WB customer portfolio by developing management databases and implementing periodic and ad- hoc reports and administrative tools.
Organize the appraisal process for credit limits within the banking group.
Key Accountabilities (1)
Manage systems for the appraisal, approval, post- monitoring, and credit risk management processes for WB and MM/USME customers.
Develop credit orientation, policies, and credit risk management frameworks for specific sectors, industries, or sub- segments.
Participate in Deal Teams and CSTs to evaluate and advise on credit structures, proposing appropriate risk mitigation measures for WB and MM/USME customers.Participate in the Bank&039;s strategic initiatives to digitize the customer experience journey; research, propose, and build credit models and solutions for corporate customers to enhance growth and manage credit risk.
Coordinate with Business Divisions (WB/BB) to develop credit solutions for sectors or customer groups in accordance with agreed plans and business progress.
Perform appraisals and control appraisal documentation for banks, ensuring compliance with relevant products, processes, and bank regulations.
Organize the development and validation of risk assessment tools and models for ranking customers in the FI and NBFI segments, building databases to meet risk assessment requirements.Implement periodic and ad- hoc portfolio management reports.
Key Accountabilities (2)
Update knowledge on risk management best practices and lessons learned from other banks regarding operational risks; communicate with stakeholders and propose necessary risk mitigation and prevention methods.
Contribute ideas to develop related professional processes and guidelines.
Coordinate with other functions and credit risk management units for operational efficiency and information synthesis/analysis.
Update knowledge on modern risk management models, providing professional training and enhancing synthesis and analysis skills for staff.Participate in activities to strengthen the risk management culture within the organization.
Key Accountabilities (3)
Perform other tasks as assigned by the CRO, Chief Credit Officer, Head of Corporate and Commercial Risk Policy and Solutions, or relevant Managers.
Create a positive, proactive, united, competitive, and high- quality working environment.
Provide training and guidance for business units to execute policies and regulations relating to credit risk management for the corporate banking segment as required.

Proficiency in English in accordance with the Bank&039;s current standards.
Mastery of policy development principles, credit products, and credit risk management for WB and MM/USME customers.
University degree or higher in relevant economic disciplines (Banking and Finance, Foreign Trade, Auditing, Accounting, or Law).
Deep understanding of banking, large corporate customers, and MM/USME segments.
At least 8 years of working experience in banking and finance, including at least 2 years in a similar position.
Proven experience in customer assessment, appraisal, and credit solution design. Degree
A postgraduate degree in Economics or Management is preferred.
