Research and evaluate K- 12 American curriculum and materials; develop course outlines and lesson plans for the K5 project aligned with CCSS and Florida State Standards;
Design engaging, age- appropriate content for core subjects: English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies;
Create and digitize interactive learning materials for the in- house Learning Management System (LMS);
Gather feedback from pilot implementation, observe classrooms, and suggest curriculum improvements;
Maintain and update digital lesson content on LMS; assist users and collaborate with cross- functional teams as needed.
Conduct product training sessions and prepare user guides for teachers and academic staff;
Support the development of supplementary programs such as skills courses and academic competitions;

Excellent communication: communicate clearly, accurately, and transparently within and across departments.
Education: A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English Language Teaching.
Work Experiences:+ A minimum of 02 years of teaching experience with students aged 6- 17, preferably in international programs (Cambridge, American, International Baccalaureate);+ Some prior experience with curriculum design and development, preferably in international programs (Cambridge, American, International Baccalaureate);+ In general, you are expected to understand how Vietnamese students learn and what they can or cannot do at a certain age and language level.
Language Ability: Excellence proficiency in both written and spoken English, evidenced by an IELTS score of 7.0 and above or equivalent.
