Recruitment:
Develop recruitment plans based on manpower requirements from departments.
Screen CVs, contact candidates, and arrange interview schedules.
Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new employees during the probation period.
Prepare job descriptions and recruitment announcements; post vacancies on recruitment channels (company website, social media, job portals, etc.)
Training & Development:
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain employee training records.
Organize orientation and onboarding training programs for new employees.
Coordinate internal training programs as required.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (C&B):
Conduct monthly timekeeping, payroll calculation, bonuses, and other benefits accurately and on time.
Manage and update employee data; track personnel changes (new hires, transfers, resignations, etc.).
Handle social insurance procedures (SI, HI, UI) and personal income tax (PIT) declaration and finalization in compliance with regulations.
Employee Relations:
Organize internal engagement activities such as team building, company events, holidays, birthdays, and internal communications.
Provide consultation and respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, labor regulations, and employee benefits.
Handle disciplinary actions and labor disputes in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law and company regulations.
Prepare, manage, and archive labor contracts and internal HR documents, policies, and regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, payroll, social insurance, and PIT regulations.
Basic to good English communication skills is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is an advantage.
Good organizational, communication, and problem- solving skills.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist / HR Specialist role.
