To act as interpreter for the activities if required.
To collect feedback and complaints from customers, inform all departments and give prompt response back to customers.
To co- ordinate with all department heads to organize activities for all tenants, children, families.
To get to know our long term residents, have regular interaction directly with them and conduct surveys.
To guide or to support related documents to in- house tenants for applying visa extensions, residence permits, Internet service etc
To create unique customer experiences to surprise residents.
To perform any other duties as required by the GS Manager or the Management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
At least 1 year relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Must be PC knowledgeable
