Nhân viên Đặt phòng/ Reservation Officer - Based in Phu Quoc

Resolve any customer complaints or issues related to reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
Accurately enter and manage reservations in the system.
Send booking confirmations, invoices, and other relevant documents to customers.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on reservations and occupancy rates as required by management.
Promote additional services such as upgrades, transportation, or dining to increase revenue (upselling).
Provide customers with clear and updated information on room availability, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Monitor room inventory and coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure availability.
Maintain updated and organized records of bookings and guest profiles.
Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests promptly.

Good command of English (both written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Willing to work under pressure and during peak seasons.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
At least 6 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
Familiar with reservation and property management systems.
