Mô tả công việc
File all contracts and history reservations.
Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth operation.
Take care of extranets and interfaced bookings
Follow up “Traces” to ensure pending issues to be resolved (payment, deposit, guest names, company stamp, tour guide information, rooming list…)
Provide hotel facilities information and using telephone sales skills to encourage guests to reserve accommodation.
Take care of reservations / amendments / cancellations of corporate clients. Follow- up their re- confirmation / guaranteed letters.
Take care of reservations / amendments / cancellations of travel agents – FITs bookings
Input reservation data into computer system.
Inventory control.
Be responsible for secretarial functions and support the team – when needed.
Re- confirm the following day arrivals (by telephone or e- mail)
Maintain database in PMS.
Perform Cross- sell and Up- sell.
File all incoming reservations, amendments and cancellations on daily basis.
Be in charge of all accommodation bookings.
Prepare reports which support smooth operation in the department.
After group bookings are finalized, split groups – update group member information as per rooming lists.
Upload supporting documents of the following day arrivals to front office shared folders.
Follow up “No Show”, “Late Cancellation”.
Take care of other sources of bookings: Corporate, Online, Crew, Exhibitions, Day use, Pre- registrations, Mobile application bookings….
Ensure sales strategy are applied and implemented.
Perform other duties as assigned by Head Department
Take care of reservations made by e- mail. Confirm bookings/ provide hotel facilities information / offer hotel services / reply all other requests or questions from guests.

Prefer candidates with experience in E- commerce. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Thương mại điện tử
Thành thạo kỹ năng máy tính. Good computer and network skills
Kỹ năng đọc, viết và giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo. Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt. Excellent interpersonal skills
Kỹ năng tạo mối quan hệ khách hàng tốt. Excellent customer relations skills
Sử dụng thông thạo phần mềm Microsoft. Good knowledge of Microsoft products
Có bằng Tốt Nghiệp từ Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc Quản trị nhà hàng khách sạn. Graduate from College and above with major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or Hospitality Management
