Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up with overseas offices to ensure that the proper documents have been received on time.
Follow up with the airlines/shipping lines to ensure the arrival information are correct.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Provide delivery information, Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Handling export/ import, air/ sea shipments.
Yêu cầu công việc
English – spoken and written.
Apply CV in English only.
Having knowledge of international sea and air forwarding.
Who works in long- term.
Have experience forwarding/operation team in logistics company at least 1 years (Fresh graduates are NOT accepted).
Having Bachelor degree major in Import- Export, Logistics, business.

Note: 02 months of probation (85% salary) work all Saturday mornings. Official staff work 01 Saturday morning.
