We are now seeking responsible, hardworking, detail- oriented Accountant member to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh Office- Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Description is as below:

Other tasks as requested by the department head.
Documentation: Maintain an organized filing system for all vouchers, invoices, and contracts for tax audit purposes.
Reporting: Report on accounts payable weekly/monthly to the manager.
Payment control: Monitor due date of payment, timely process and cross- check with contract payment terms to avoid late payment penalties.
Supplier reconciliation: Timely reconciliation of supplier statements against the internal system to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Invoice processing: Responsible for processing invoices such as: receive, check invoice’s information, and input them into the accounting system, ensuring correct VAT amount, tariff and expense item based on contract.

Education & Background

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software, understanding of tax regulations, invoices, and contracts.
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance.
Soft Skills: Careful, logical, and good communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in Accounting/Finance preferred.

General requirements

College or University graduation.
Energetic, enthusiastic, careful and hard- working.
Ability to work under high pressure and have good team work spirit.
Age is not over 28.
Good English in 4 skills speaking, reading, listening and writing.
