Nhân Viên Kế Toán Kho

- Reconcile and conduct regular stock counts, resolving discrepancies between records and actual inventory.
- Record all inventory transactions (inbound, outbound, adjustment, return) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify risks of loss or damage and ensure compliance with warehouse management procedures
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material usage and avoid shortages.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Kiểm soát rủi ro thất thoát, hư hỏng và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình quản lý kho.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory control.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận mua hàng, sản xuất và kho để đảm bảo nguyên vật liệu được sử dụng hợp lý, tránh thiếu hụt.
- Ghi nhận, hạch toán chính xác và kịp thời các nghiệp vụ kho (nhập, xuất, điều chỉnh, hoàn trả).
- Theo dõi, kiểm soát nhập – xuất – tồn kho nguyên vật liệu, vật tư, hàng hóa thành phẩm.
- Đối chiếu và kiểm kê tồn kho định kỳ, xử lý chênh lệch số liệu giữa sổ sách và thực tế.
- Hỗ trợ kiểm toán nội bộ và bên ngoài liên quan đến hàng tồn kho.
- Monitor and control the receipt, issuance, and storage of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
- Lập báo cáo tồn kho hàng ngày/tuần/tháng, cung cấp thông tin kịp thời cho Ban Giám đốc.

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc liên quan.- Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán kho, kiểm soát vật tư hoặc quản lý tồn kho.- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành gỗ, nội thất.- Am hiểu nghiệp vụ kế toán, quản lý kho và quy trình kiểm soát tồn kho.- Thành thạo Excel, phần mềm kế toán (SAP, Oracle, MISA hoặc tương đương); ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ERP.- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.- At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse accounting, inventory control, or materials management.- Experience in the wood or furniture manufacturing industry is highly preferred.- Strong knowledge of accounting practices, warehouse operations, and inventory control procedures.- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, MISA, or equivalent); ERP experience is a plus.
