Nhân Viên Khai Báo Hải Quan / Custom Clearance

Overview:We are seeking motivated Custom Clearance staff to join our newly launched B2B MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) business, Sumi Oi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Cooperate with forwarders to handle export customs clearance for EPE Japanese manufacturers, and occasionally handle import customs clearance on behalf of customers.
Update the customs clearance management tracking table with final and accurate data.
Collect and prepare all necessary information for customs clearance (e.g. product name, unit of measure, HS code, country of origin, etc.) by coordinating with suppliers and customers; prepare required documents such as Invoice (INV), Packing List (PL), and other related documents.
Handle arising issues related to customs clearance.
Cooperate with and help other team members to solve the issues related to the MRO team/ business.
Archive all customs clearance documents in full after completion.

Solid knowledge of HS code classification with practical experience applying it to various product categories
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, written and verbal
Detail- oriented, able to work independently, and capable of minimizing errors
Proficient in using ECUS customs declaration software
At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position
Hands- on experience in customs clearance, especially for MRO items, machinery, equipment, chemicals, office supplies, and PPE
Basic computer skills with good proficiency in Microsoft Office
