Nhân Viên Khai Báo Hải Quan - Customs Declaration

• Take responsibility to solve if there is any problems relating to customs and report directly to GM.
• More details shall be discussed during the interview
• Prepare and handle all import- export custom clearance duties
• Have a good relationship with customs to check customs procedure for company
• Connect with Documentation dept. and others for declaring customs for customers
• Advise and instruct about the customs process, customs declaration of import and export cargo for customer

Good command of spoken & written English
University/College graduation with major in Foreign Trade/ Economic/ Import- Export degree or relevant
Use Microsoft Office, E- mail, Internet,...proficiently
At least 1 years’ experience in Custom Clearance and making C/O
Understand the legal regulations on customs declaration, import and export permits

Working hours: 8:00- 17:00 Mon- Fri; 8:00- 12:00 Sat (every other week)
Private Insurance and Annual Health Check for staff with at least 1 year&039;s service
Commission divided according to regulations, salary and bonus payment on time
Days off: 14 days off/year for staff level
Probation: 2- month probation
Other allowances: language allowance; Parking allowance
Full salary social insurance; Participate in all types of insurance according to state regulations
