DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats and patching holes in walls.
Responsible to perform carpentry work throughout the hotel including, but not limited to: wood finishing, staining and polishing.
Perform repairs and maintenance of locks, door closers and sliding door mechanisms.
Assemble, repair and replace bed frames, closet doors, cabinets.
Repair to sheet plaster walls, wall coverings, partitions, structural woodwork projects, floors, fitting out requisitions.
Manufacture, alteration and repair to hotel’s furniture, fixtures and minor upholstery.
Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers while maintaining property color scheme specifications.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Responsible for guest requests to repairs and touching up guestrooms furniture, public areas, restaurants, function rooms…

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Diploma in related discipline.
Passion for service excellence.

Attention to details.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a four or five hotel/ resort.
