Nhân Viên Lập Kế Hoạch/ CNC Planner - Làm Việc Tại VSIP 1, Thuận An

Support training for new staff; provide backup when required.
Support ISO systems (QMS 9001, EMS 14001, ISO 45001).
Manage material transactions, production data, and documentation (W/O).
Receive and analyze weekly production orders.
Create detailed production schedules based on CNC and machining capacity to ensure on‐time delivery.
Coordinate daily with planning, production, warehouse, QA/QC, maintenance, and shift leaders.
Prepare weekly/monthly production reports and propose improvements.
Monitor production progress, address delays, and report issues.

Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
Fresher or 1- 2 years of experience in production planning or production coordination in a precision machining company.
Basic English (reading and writing emails).
College/University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Planning, or related fields.
Experience with small‐batch, high‐mix production is preferred.
Knowledge of precision machining processes (CNC, turning, milling, grinding, EDM).
Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; able to work under pressure.
