Mô tả công việc
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Answer employees queries about HR- related issues
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
• Recruit Casual Labor for Departments and make payment for this.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Organize and maintain personnel records
Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management, Business administration or equivalent.
• 1 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size.
