a/ SAP basis administrator (60%):- Master data management.- Support users to understand the functions of SAP system.- Support users to solve problems arising when operating on the SAP system.- Participate in the SAP deployment and migration data.- Work closely with IT team from HQ in order to upgradeb/ Accounting & Finance (10%)- Work closely with accounting team to improve financial & accounting processes.- Other tasks are assigned by chief accountant.c/ IT (30%)- Network infrastruture.- Data server.- Office equipment management.

Education and language: (1)Accounting, Business Administration, Logistic, Information Technology related major in college or university.(2)Basis in English to communicate verbally and in written. Japanese speaking is a plus but not a requirement.(3) Knowledge of SQL. Proficiency in ABAP programming language for ERP- SAP is an advantage but not a requirement.Job experience: (1)Minimum 2~3 years of experience operating and implementing SAP including SD/MM/PP/CRM in manufacturing company or factory.(2) Understanding of accounting, finance and cost management in manufacturing company.(3) Good analytical and problem solving skills, effective communication with users and colleagues.Others- Self- starter to find the area to work and improve- Team worker with open- minded attitude- Have knowledge of system intergration.- Having SAP system certificate is an advantage.- Determined to work in a new environment at least 1 year

- Được đào tạo cấp chứng chỉ lái xe nâng, thẻ An toàn.- Được đào tạo thao tác điều khiển robot hệ thống kho tự động.- Có đồng phục riêng.
