Business Development & Client Engagement
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential clients.
Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of B2B prospects through LinkedIn, cold email, and events.
Track and manage sales progress via CRM or tracking sheets.
Research market trends and identify new business opportunities across key sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients to support recurring projects.
Operations & Internal Support
Collaborate cross- functionally to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives and other tasks as required.
Support branding activities and client deliver materials (e.g., proposals, decks, reports, case notes) to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

Proactive, detail- oriented, and able to adapt to a fast- paced environment.
Able to work independently and in a team setting.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Strong research, organization, and multitasking skills.
Preferred
Familiar with Google Workspace, Canva, and MS Office.
Vietnamese nationality, Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or client servicing.
Knowledge of ESG and sustainability topics.
Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
