Communicate customer feedback and needs to the product development and data teams.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Prepare, update, and maintain customer support and marketing materials.
Identify and research potential clients.
Conduct online meetings to demonstrate and support the use of the company’s products and services.
Develop and execute email outreach campaigns to introduce products and services of the company to potential clients.
Assist with other business development and customer success activities as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and comfortably with international clients in English.
Bachelor’s degree in English, business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail- oriented.
Experience in SaaS, business development, customer success, or working with universities, B2B clients is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
