Proactively propose Kaizen improvements in processes, technology and machinery to enhance product quality and consistency.
Take ownership of product quality throughout the entire development process, from sampling to production, including materials, components, FGT and compliance.
Coordinate internal teams and selected T2/T3 technical partners to ensure timelines, standards and execution efficiency.
Demonstrate strong understanding of cleated shoes for athletes and manage development seasons effectively, including PROMO projects.
Align with the Development Manager to define and execute development goals and annual roadmaps.
Work closely and communicate effectively with Adidas LO & HQ to deliver products on time and to brand requirements.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
