Nhân Viên Phòng Lab/lab Technician (Test & Standard Control)

• Perform and control product testing according to international standards such as BIFMA, EN, IS, ASTM, ISO, etc...
Thực hiện và kiểm soát các thử nghiệm sản phẩm theo tiêu chuẩn quốc tế: BIFMA, EN, IS, ASTM, ISO…
• Operate, inspect, and maintain testing equipment in the Laboratory (e.g., BIFMA X5.4 test machines, EN16139, etc.)
Vận hành, kiểm tra và bảo trì thiết bị thử nghiệm trong phòng Lab (ví dụ: máy test BIFMAX5.4… EN16139).
• Plan, record, and analyze test results.
Lập kế hoạch kiểm tra, ghi nhận và phân tích kết quả test.
• Evaluate product structure and materials to identify root causes and propose improvement solutions.
Đánh giá kết cấu, vật liệu sản phẩm để nhận định nguyên nhân và đề xuất hướng cải thiện.
• Coordinate with QC, R&D, Engineering, and Production departments to ensure products meet required standards.
Phối hợp với bộ phận QC, R&D, kỹ thuật, Sản Xuất để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu tiêu chuẩn.
• Prepare test reports in English, maintain test records, and update test results periodically.
Làm báo cáo test bằng tiếng Anh, lưu trữ hồ sơ, cập nhật kết quả test định kỳ.
• Communicate and exchange test results with customers, external laboratories, or overseas partners.
Giao tiếp, trao đổi kết quả với khách hàng, phòng Lab bên ngoài hoặc đối tác nước ngoài…
