Clarify and confirm product requirements with the Customer Service Executive (CS Executive) for both samples and bulk production.Obtain and provide production status updates to customers during the production process.Create and update Customer Orders in the system based on information from the CS Executive.Monitor production planning and timelines to meet delivery schedules.Conduct audits on materials and garments to identify quality issues and work with departments to resolve them.

Good English skills are a plus.Experience in the garment industry is not required; candidates with experience in Customer Service roles are preferred.Ability to work effectively with other departments.Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
