Dựng video: Thành thạo sử dụng phần mềm dựng CapCut, có khả năng thực hiện các thao tác chỉnh sửa cơ bản như cắt ghép, thêm hiệu ứng chuyển cảnh, phụ đề, nhạc nền và xuất video phù hợp với từng nền tảng.Video Editing: Basic proficiency in CapCut editing software, with the ability to perform fundamental short- video editing tasks such as cutting, trimming, adding transitions, subtitles, and music, and producing short- form videos tailored to the features of different platforms.
Quản lý dữ liệu & thiết bị: Quản lý, lưu trữ tư liệu video và bảo dưỡng thiết bị quay định kỳ.Asset & Equipment Management: Archive and manage video assets; maintain and care for filming equipment on a daily basis.
Sản xuất tổng hợp: Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất video ngắn, bao gồm hỗ trợ kịch bản, quay và dựng hậu kỳ.Integrated Production: Responsible for the full cycle of short video production, including scripting support, filming, and editing.
Đóng góp sáng tạo: Tham gia các buổi brainstorm tiền kỳ, đưa ra ý tưởng và đề xuất khả thi từ góc nhìn quay và dựng.Creative Input: Participate in pre- production brainstorming sessions, offering feasible suggestions and creative ideas from both shooting and editing perspectives.
Quay video: Thực hiện quay theo kịch bản và yêu cầu của đạo diễn; chủ động thiết lập góc máy, ánh sáng, thu âm. Đảm bảo hình ảnh ổn định, chuyên nghiệp, phù hợp phong cách IP.Video Shooting: Independently manage multi- camera setups, lighting, and audio recording based on scripts and director’s requirements. Ensure footage is stable, professional, and aligned with the IP style.

Kinh nghiệm: Từ 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm sản xuất video ngắn (biên tập – quay – dựng). Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thực hiện vlog du lịch hoặc nội dung influencer nữ. Thành thạo sử dụng các thiết bị quay, ánh sáng, thu âm.Experience: 1–3 years of short video production experience (scripting, shooting, and editing). Candidates with travel vlogs, female influencer IP content, or similar video types are highly preferred. Skilled in operating mainstream cameras, lighting, and audio equipment

Phần mềm: Thành thạo Premiere, Final Cut Pro và quen thuộc với DaVinci trong chỉnh màu; biết After Effects là lợi thế.Software: Proficient in Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and familiar with DaVinci color grading; knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics is a plus.

Aesthetic Sense: Strong aesthetic judgment and sense of online video trends, with sharp perception of camera language, rhythm, and background music.
