Job Scope
Supports Commercial Manager, Sales Manager for Sales Planning.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Sales Planning & Reporting (global account data management)
Support for Customer Strategy Meeting preparation
Master Data tracking and updating
Support Sales Coordination for Product Life Cycle Management (Product Release &
Standard Participant in Sales Team Meeting Conferences
Support updating information in Connect Communities
Automation Activities for Productivity Improvement
Support for Customer Market Planning (Volume & Price planning) data entry and analyses within company planning tool
information & ISAC plausibility checks)
Cancelation, Zero Volume Analysis)
Salesforce support following Commercial Managers’ request
Support current forecast if required
Support Acquisition Tracking and Reporting (monthly update of acquisition project
Other Responsibilities

Qualifications
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Studies in an Economical or Linguistic
Ability to work in team (including virtual teams). Customer Orientation
Knowledge in planning, control and logistical processes and use of IT tools (i.e. SAP, Salesforce,) is preferred.
Systematic, organized and precise working style
Good communication skills, assertive
Interest/knowledge in the automotive industry products
Fresher is accepted. Candidate with English and Japanese skill (N2 or upper N3)
