Assist Director of Sales in defining an annual sales action plan and execute set of actions accordingly. Provide statistics and forecasts of account productions when needed.
Responsible mainly for sales activities to achieve hotel financial targets by cultivating Korean market, as well as other assigned markets according to management team. The KPI will be measured from actual performance versus the revenue goals.
Conduct rate negotiations, make strategic plan for key segmentations (selling & caring) to ensure optimal yielding and guest high loyalty.
Follow up guest enquiries with hotel information in full, correct and proper ways while adhere to SOP.
Protect and treat information responsibly including complying with any confidentiality obligations. Confidential information such as business plan, pricing, financial data must not be disclosed outside of department or hotel without legitimate business reason. Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel (customer care activities, translation, interpretation and so on).
Personnel will work closely with DOS to execute sales assignments and assist her in Sales activities.
Attend trade shows, sales blitz, workshops and so on in the assigned markets.
Work collaboratively with operation departments to provide quick response and true hospitality to guests.
Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety.
Update contact database, make reports at all times.
Yêu cầu công việc
University graduate in hospitality, economics, or related fields;
Proactive, good communication & presentation skills, and service- minded;
Can use English is a plus.
From 1- year experience in sales in service industry;
Business level of Japanese;
