Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally.
Update room status in the system when required.
Receive and record all housekeeping- related guest requests via telephone or system (extra amenities, cleaning requests, maintenance follow- up, etc.).
Maintain clear communication between Housekeeping and other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, etc.).
Input requests accurately into the system and coordinate promptly with Room Attendants, Public Area staff, and relevant departments.
Monitor and follow up on pending requests to ensure timely completion.
Maintain accurate daily logs and reports.

Basic computer skills; familiarity with PMS systems is an advantage.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in Housekeeping or similar role in a hotel/resort.
Good communication skills in English.
High school diploma or relevant hospitality training preferred.
Clear telephone etiquette and service- oriented attitude.
Careful, organized, and able to work under pressure.
