To create appealing and eye- catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire stores.
To change displays to promote new product launches or to reflect festive or seasonal themes.
To maximize customer interest, reaction, and expectations with visual displays.
To follow strictly all the principles and guideline.
To Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result.

VM Tool and Equipment list.
Other reports due to VMM&039;s order.
VM Photo report: Daily, weekly, new shipment, quarterly, new project.
VM Graphic tracking.

Teamwork

Collaborate with other store staffs.
Work with VM management team and store team to successfully achieve retail goals.

Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite a must.
Attention to detail, creativity, organization, artistic ability, imagination and good design sense are necessary skills.
Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
Have a flair for design and color. To be interested in art and design.
Have good communication skills to present ideas to others.
To be able to concentrate and work to tight deadlines.
Previous experience in merchandising or related field.
Retail sales and operation experience is helpful in understanding customer’s behavior.
Extensive knowledge of the brand and product preferred.
Customer- focused for positive customer experience and resolution.
Good time- management skills.
Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser.
