Job Summary:
Help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for business.
Main responsibility:
- Contacting to related departments to finish the order on time.
- Get and provide customer feedback to managers.
- Follow up order from receiving to delivery.
- Assisting in monthly inventory and production display.
- Communicate customers about promotion events, discounts and special offers.
- Consulting customers about product features, pricing and after- sales services.
- Stay up- to- date with new products and services.
- Customer service and solving problem in case customer complaints.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
Skills:
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills.
- Good appearance and English communication.
- Prioritise candidates with backgrounds in luxury goods industry.
- Be able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
- Has a good sales and customer service skills.
