• Prepare reports and propose operational improvements
• Manage and oversee daily air forwarding operations of the team
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with airline regulations, customs requirements, and internal procedures
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, and partners for booking and issue handling
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on- time delivery
• Train, guide, and evaluate team members’ performance
• Handle issues (delays, missing documents, extra costs) efficiently
• Collaborate with related departments (sales, warehouse, accounting, etc.)
• Control and verify shipping documents (AWB, invoice, packing list, etc.)

• Skills: Good English; Chinese proficiency is a plus, along with team management and problem- solving skills
• Education: College/University degree in a relevant field
• Experience: 3–5 years in air forwarding/logistics, including 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Certifications (preferred): IATA/FIATA or air freight training
